1. Copy of your High School Diploma, Transcript, or a G.E.D.
    
2. Driver's License, State ID, or your Birth Certificate.
    
3. To finish your enrollment we will need 2 Money Orders. The 1st one is sent to The State Board of Cosmetology. in the amount of $25.00. The second is your enrollment fee in the amount of $150.00. This will secure your spot in class, and we'll order your kit at that time.
    
4. We will take 2 pictures of you on site at the time of enrollment.
    
5. An Entrance Exam will be administered on site.
